The 2010 Castleton Kiwanis Clove Run was held on Saturday, August 21, 2008, and consisted of a 15 Mile race, a 5 K race and a 1 mile FAMILY FUN Run. All race activities (start, finish, awards, refreshments, and entertainment) took place at the Castleton Elementary School at 78 Scott Avenue in Castleton, NY.

The 1 mile Family Fun Run and the 5 K race were run on streets of the Village of Castleton. To see the course map for this race, click on "5 K Run.". The 10 Mile race were run on streets of the Village of Castleton and on roads in the countryside surrounding the the Village of Castleton. It is estimated that about 120 runners participated in the three events during a cool and sunny day in August, and enjoyed scenic views while running in the Castleton and the surrounding coutryside. The Castleton Road Racing Commission wishes to express its appreciation to all those businesses and persons who provided support for the 2010 Clove Run. All proceeds from the Clove Run were donated to the local food pantry in Castleton, The Anchor.
