This page provides links to sample brochures that can be used to provide information to the public about the activities of local Kiwanis Clubs, and the members of the Kiwanis family. Links are also provided to forms that can be used by clubs to record monthly statistics.

Informational Brochures

• The following brochures were designed to provide general information about a local Kiwanis Club to the public and prospective new members:
  • The first brochure was developed by Bill Russell and provides general information about the Kiwanis Club of Bandon-by-the-Sea in Bandon, Oregon. This brochure is available in a Microsoft Word version, and a WordPerfect version. Both files are in the compressed "Zip" format.

  • The second brochure was developed by Ken Ormiston and provides general information about the Castleton Kiwanis Club in Castleton, NY. The brochure is provided in a Microsoft Word version and a Word Perfect version.

  • The third brochure was also developed by Ken Ormiston and is a Club Directory for the Castleton Kiwanis Club in Castleton, NY. The brochure is provided in a Mircosoft Word version and a Word Perfect version.

• The following brochure was designed to provide information about the members of the Kiwanis Family:
  • This brochure was developed by Ken Ormiston and provides general information about Kiwanis and the three members of the Kiwanis family sponsored by the Castleton Kiwanis Club; Key Club, Builders Club, and the K-Kids Club. The brochure is provided in a Microsoft Word version and a Word Perfect version.

Monthly Report Forms

• First is a file prepared by Marilynn Slade of the Kiwanis Club of Lansing, Michigan, which allows secretaries to complete their monthly report on the computer and print off the copies they need. The file is available in either WordPerfect or Microsoft Word versions. Accompanying each file is some information on how to use it:
  - Report format for Microsoft Word.
  - Report format for WordPerfect.

• The monthly report is also available in a spreadsheet program, courtesy of Bill Martin of the Kiwanis Club of Riverview-Wenatchee in Wenatchee, Washington State. This Microsoft Excel file has 13 pages; one for each month of the year and then a final one which collects the monthly totals.
