Board of Directors Meetings

The club’s Board of Directors meets after the regular meeting on the first Monday of each month.

Additionally, the Board may be called to meet to consider specific items in a Special Board meeting.

Attendance by club members at a regular Board meeting is considered an attendance make-up credit – attendance at Special Board meetings is not.

All club members are encouraged to attend the monthly board meetings. All members have the right to participate and speak on an issue but only the elected officers and board members may vote
