Duties of the Directors

There are 9 elected directors, three of whom are elected each year to fill a three year term as director.  The current directors are:

            For the term  ending September 30, 2012 - Barbara K. Fioravanti, Ron Wagner, Robert R. Loveridge

            For the term ending 30, September 2013 -  Bryce Ginther and John Mulligan

            For the term ending 30 September, 2011 - John Brownrigg, Kevin Sarsfield and William Whipple.

These directors along with the officers, meet regularly once a month to conduct the business of the club.

Among other duties the Board determines the policies and activities of the club, elects and disciplines members, approves the budgets, approves the bills, takes counsel with committees, and has general management responsibilities.
