Fund Raising Activities

     The lifeblood of this organization consists not only of the volunteer services of its members but also the funds that we distribute. These funds have been donated to us by the community. 

Some recent fund raising programs have included:

SummerFest sponsorships – local merchants donate to cover the costs of the various aspects of the event.

Xmas Tree Sales – sales of fir trees. 

Citrus Fruit Sales – sale to the community of boxes of oranges & grapefruit.

Peanut Days – we accept donations for peanuts that we give out for free.

Soccer Food Trailer Sales – each year during the Sand Lake Youth Soccer Program, the Sand Lake Kiwanis Club mans a food trailer providing hot dogs & hamburgers, candy and drinks for the participants and spectators
