Perfect attendance tabs

Many members are proud of the numerical tabs worn behind their membership pins which represent the cumulative number of years of perfect attendance.  The year of perfect attendance is not based on any fixed calendar period (such as the administrative year), but rather represents 52 consecutive weeks of attendance (either actual attendance at meetings or makeup credits).
