Sand Lake Kiwanis Club Structure

Currently there are 51 members in the Sand Lake Kiwanis Club. 

The formal rules for the functioning of the Sand Lake Kiwanis Club are the Constitution, By-laws and policies of Kiwanis International; the By-laws and policies of the New York District of Kiwanis International; the By-laws of the Sand Lake Kiwanis Club (copies of each are available) and Robert’s Rules of Order.  Additionally, the club relies heavily on traditions developed during its 50-plus year history.

The administrative year for the club is October 1^st through September 30^th.

The club has six officers and nine directors. The officers are elected or appointed to one-year terms, three directors are elected each year to three year terms.  The officers and directors comprise the voting membership of the club’s Board of Directors.
